ABOUT USSpencerSource is a corporate recruiting firm specializing in the restaurant industry. We conduct recruiting searches nationwide on behalf of select restaurant companies to fill their positions in areas of management, multi-unit and corporate level positions.
Julie Spencer (SpencerSource owner) entered the recruiting industry in 1998. After working in the corporate and agency areas of restaurant recruiting, Julie established her own company in January 2002: Harper & Associates. In 2004, the name of the company changed to SpencerSource. Focus on recruiting the highest quality individuals in the restaurant industry remained the top priority.
