Information you share

When you apply or join our talent network, SpencerSource collects your name, email, phone number if supplied, areas of interest, résumé, and submission date. We use this information to review your experience, communicate about recruiting opportunities, and maintain recruiting records. Submitting a résumé does not guarantee a job or placement.

Storage and access

Application records and résumé files are stored using Cloudflare’s database and object storage services. Résumés are not published on this website. Administrative access requires a private credential. Cloudflare may process technical connection information to operate and protect the service.

Recruiting conversations

SpencerSource uses your information for recruiting, rather than selling it. Your information may be shared with prospective employers in connection with recruiting opportunities you discuss with SpencerSource. You can ask to stop future contact.

Your choices

To request a copy, correction, or deletion of your information, or ask about how long it is retained, contact Julie at [email protected]. Information may need to be retained where required for legal obligations or an ongoing recruiting matter.

Please omit Social Security numbers, financial account information, medical details, and other sensitive information that is not needed for recruiting. Cloudflare Web Analytics is enabled on the current website to measure website traffic. Cloudflare may process technical visit information for analytics and service protection. Do not include sensitive information in website addresses or search fields. Your browser may retain ordinary cached website files.
